Have you ever felt in a pinch for money? Like you’d be willing to do almost anything to make a quick 10 bucks?
Below, check out easy ways to earn Amazon gift cards. Note, these will not make you rich. But if you have more free time than you do money, check some of these out. You could earn a few extra bucks in your spare time. And what gift card is better than Amazon?
1. Personal Capital
Many of you have goals of becoming better with money. Whether that’s a better saver, a more frugal spender. Personal Capital is a great free tool to help you get a handle on your overall financial situation.
You simply create an account. Then link up any financial accounts you want. Examples are checking account, credit cards, 401K or investment accounts, any loans you have such as student loans, a mortgage, car, etc.
Personal Capital will then summarize your entire financial state and give you easy to see snapshots of where you stand.
I really like it so I don’t have to log in to one account to see one balance and log into another account to see another. You can log into Personal Capital and see all balances.
And the best part, if you use an affiliate link to sign up, you get a $20 Amazon gift card. Free app, free gift card. Check it out today!
2. Fetch Rewards
Above and beyond my favorite way to earn gift cards, specifically to Amazon. Fetch is the easiest grocery saving app ever. All you have to do is shop. Scan your receipt. And you’re done.
There are no offers you have to select for a qualifying purchase. No videos or questions to answer. Simply snap your receipt and earn cashback.
Sign up and enter my referral code M2CNU and you’ll get 2,000 Fetch Points ($2.00 in points) when you complete one receipt.

Another awesome and easy way to earn Amazon gift cards is with Ibotta. Ibotta is another grocery scanning app. Similar to Fetch REwards you simply download the app and upload grocery receipts. The difference is you have to pre-select the offers you qualify for.
So before you upload a receipt you choose a store, and select offers you want to submit. Then upload your receipt and the app finds the qualifying offers on your receipt.
I really like this app for grocery savings as well.
You can cash out for various gift cards including Amazon. And in some cases, you may receive a “bonus”, for example, $2.00 when checking out with a $20.00 gift card. So it pays to look around and find the best option of cashing out.
4.Rakuten (formerly Ebates)
For online saving, this is my favorite cash-back app. Sign up for an account. Spend at least $25.00 using the app. Get $10.00. You can cash out via a check, or get a “bonus” when you exchange for a gift card. So your cashback goes further and you get more value if you exchange for a gift card instead of cash.
If you aren’t using Rakuten today, you absolutely should be. It’s the easiest way to earn cashback on nearly any online purchase. Sign up today!
5. Free $5 with InboxDollars
InboxDollars pays you money to take surveys. They also offer a $5 credit just for registering.
You have to earn $30 with InboxDollars before they will pay you out. So if you want the $5, be prepared to earn an additional $25 with them and cash out at $30+.
6. Survey Junkie
Share your opinion and get paid for it. Register for an account with Survey Junkie. Earn points by taking surveys. Points can be redeemed for gift cards such as Amazon, or for cash. And you only need a minimum of $5 to cash out which is awesome!
By registering and completing a profile I received 75 points (the equivalent of $.75). Earn 500 points to cash out for a $5 gift card.
Take a few surveys in your spare time and start making a little extra on the side.
7. Amazon’s Trade-In Program
Amazon has a program where you can trade-in your old technology and get an Amazon Gift Card. Per Amazon’s website, thousands of items are eligible including Amazon Devices, video games, electronics, books, etc. Plus, they offer free shipping!
Amazon’s process is really easy! Once received, your item will be appraised. You will receive an email within a day or two letting you know if you were accepted or rejected. Payment will be received via a gift card soon after.
If your item was rejected, it will be shipped back to you for free. So there is no risk, try it today!
8. Take Surveys with Prize Rebel
If you have some free time on your hands, consider another survey company called Prize Rebel. No, you won’t become rich taking surveys but you can make a few extra bucks.
Start by registering for an account. You will then get emailed regularly about opportunities to share your opinion to earn points you can cash in for gift cards.
9. Book your car rental through Avis
I never knew about this one! This is great for personal or work travel!
Avis offers a discount to Amazon Prime members. Additionally, when booking through their website you will receive 10% back in an Amazon card after the rental is over.
MyPoints is a rewards program where you earn points either by making online purchases from select stores, take surveys, or watch videos, etc. If you have extra time on your hands or are waiting for the kids to get done with an activity, take a look. Rather than aimlessly scrolling through social media, you can earn some cash!
All you need to do is spend $20+ through the MyPoints website and you will receive the equivalent points to redeem a $10 gift card.
This is one of the easiest ways to earn a gift card, especially if you planned to purchase through an online store’s website anyway.
Have a few minutes of spare time on your hands? Why not earn a few Amazon gift cards while you’re waiting to pick up your kids. Instead of randomly scrolling through social media, create an account with one of the companies above and start earning points you can cash in for cards. They won’t make you rich, but can help when you’re in a pinch!
When was the last time you earned an Amazon gift card? How did you get it?
